Amber and Joe had a fantastic wedding in April at the Williamsburg Lodge, where family and friends enjoyed the great scenery of flowers during the outdoor wedding ceremony and then made-to-order filet mignon during the reception.  Amber’s mom, Cathy Nester, owns The Flower Cupboard in Williamsburg and she and her staff did an amazing job on all the arrangements! It was a great spring day with blue skies and plenty of sunshine. Enjoy the pictures.

Well, it’s not often I don’t meet a couple until the day of the wedding but in Leslie and Chris’ case, that is exactly what happened. They are from St. Louis and we had all our dealings by telephone or email. Don’t you love the modern world? Leslie and Chris had a beautiful ceremony at York Ministry Presbyterian in Yorktown, Virginia. Their reception was at the beautiful James River Country Club in Newport News. It’s really a special place and as a photographer I liked that I was able to take shots with a pine forest backdrop or on the beach of the river. Awesome! It was a great wedding and a lot of fun.
